According to the Taiwanese language logic, the actual meaning of the phrase on the T-shirt should be expressed as "Obama can't read it" since Obama doesn't understand the phase written in Chinese. If you are a Republican, you may want to express it to another meaning, “Obama doesn’t understand.”
