Once you have submitted your order, you will receive three emails from TofuKungfu: an Order confirmation email, a Payment confirmation email, and a Shipment confirmation email | |
How do I change or cancel order? | |
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. | |
When will my order ship? | |
We will ship on tuesday, thursday, and saturday of the week depending on when you order. our order will ship within 1-2 business days once payment has been successfully cleared. We will send you a notification email once the order has been shipped. Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. | |
An item is missing from my shipment. | |
If you are missing an item from your order, please contact us immediately. Please send your email to [email protected] or click on the "Contact Us" link at the top right hand or bottom of our site. Please include your order confirmation number in your email. We will make sure you receive the missing items in a prompt manner. | |

When will an item come back into stock? | |
We will re-print a specific T-shirt design if we have a committed group of people interested, and we will let our users know if stock on a particular shirt is limited. |
