| What is your return policy? | |
| We are committed to providing the best service and product for your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product to TofuKungFu within 14 business days from the date of delivery. Any purchase beyond the 14-day return period is nonrefundable. All returned products must not be damaged or washed, no exceptions. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless shipment is due to a product defect or a shipping error on the part of TofuKungfu (which means if you would like an alternate size, you are responsible for return shipping charges, we will pay for shipping back to you). Customer must provide TofuKungFu with tracking code from the carrier of their choice so that both you and we can verify receipt of the returned goods. |

| Who will pay for return shipping? | |
| If the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on our part, we will provide you with a shipping number per our method of shipping. If you are returning a product because you are not happy with it or want to exchange it for a different size or different product, then you are responsible for the shipping costs. |

| How do I return my product? | |
| Please send an email to [email protected] and request a return authorization number. In the email please include your order number found on your packing slip or in the order confirmation email received when the order was placed. If you are returning a product due to mistake on TofuKungfu, you will receive a return shipping number per our method of shipping. Please allow up to two weeks for us to process your return. | |
